As part of following up the implementation of the government roadmap concerning e-payment development, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, Mr. Sid Ali Zerrouki has paid, on Monday, June 16th, 2025, a field visit to the manufacturing and personalization Center of electronic payment cards located in Birtouta, Algiers.

Minister of Post and Telecommunications, Mr. Sid Ali Zerrouki has chaired on Monday, June 16th, 2025 the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding by « Algérie Télécom » and leader in internet performance analysis « Ookla », in presence of Chairman of the Regulatory Authority of Post and Electronic Communications (ARPCE), Me.Mohamed El Hadi Hannachi.

Mr. Sid Ali Zerrouki, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, is participating, starting today, June 23, 2025, in the activities of the Internet Governance Forum (IGF). Organized under the auspices of the United Nations, the event is taking place in Lillestrom (Oslo), Norway, under the theme: “Building Digital Governance Together.”

Minister of Post and Telecommunications Mr. Sid Ali Zerrouki has supervised on Tuesday, June 17th, 2025 the opening of the second Algerian-Korean forum on cybersecurity, organized by his ministerial department jointly with the Korean Agency for international cooperation (KOICA), in presence of Mrs. Meriem Benmouloud, High Commissioner for Digitalization with the rank of Minister as well as H.E You Ki Jan, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Algeria, in addition to some senior officials from many institutions and bodies.

Minister of Post and Telecommunications Mr.Sid-Ali Zerrouki has supervised on Tuesday, May 6th, 2025 the announcement ceremony of the results of the « National letter-writing competition for young people » -2025 edition, in presence of Mrs. Nadjia Djilali, Minister of Environment and Quality of Life in addition to senior officials of the government.

This event was organized by his ministry jointly with the Ministry of National Defense, the Information Systems Security Agency, the Command of the National Gendarmerie in addition to many ministries and bodies.
