As part of fostering intersectoral coordination as well as anchoring the principles of solidarity and government participatory action, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, Mr. Sid Ali Zerrouki has hosted, on Monday, September 10th, 2025, at his ministry’s headquarters, Miniser of Youth in charge of the Higher Council for Youth, Mr. Mustapha Hidaoui.
This meeting was an opportunity to highlight the cooperation among the two sectors and to explore the ways and means for enhancing it more to extend it to other fields, mainly the strenghtening of the digital transformation, the modernization of young people’s businesses in addition to developing quality programmes likely to reinforce the capacities of young people while offering them larger spaces for innovation and creativity in a bid to meet the national needs as regards digitalization and development of future generations’ capacities.
Both ministers have emphasized the need for enhancing this cooperation to make it more efficient and sustainable through tangible projects combining digital and
technological know-how of the sector of post and telecommunications, and young human resources of the ministry of youth to serve the country’s interests and meet its young people’s expetations.
During this meeting, both sides agreed on speeding up the pace of preparation for the official signing of a framework agreement as a strategic step toward the reinforcement of young capacities as well as their role as a key partner in the national digital transformation process.
