Chaired by Minister of Post and Telecommunications, Mr. Karim Bibi Triki, the Algerian delegation participating in the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS), held in Geneva-Switzerland, met on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, with the Chinese delegation, chaired by Mr. SHAN Zhongde, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
The meeting provided an opportunity to review the realities of cooperation in the fields of telecommunications and the ICTs, as well as the ways to further strengthen it in the future, notably through the exchange of experience and expertise, in addition to coordinating positions on many issues within international bodies concerned by the field of telecommunications.
