A postage stamp issued on the sidelines of a study day organized by the Constitutional Court jointly with the University of Ourgla and the Court of Ourgla

As part of the opening of the constitutional Court to society and institutions of the Republic according to a new approach based on the approximation of the constitutional Court to citizen, in a bid to enshrine the spirit of citizenship, national values and their consolidation among the younger generations as well as the dissemination of the constitutional culture amidst pupils and its generalization at larger scale, President of the Constitutional Court  Mr.Omar Belhadj has supervised the ceremony of a postage stamp issue about the best school work which was rewarded at the 2nd edition of the national best schoolwork competition on « Constitution and Citizenship » for 2023.

This event took place on the sidelines of a study day organized by the Constitutional Court jointly with the University of Ourgla and the Court of Ourgl on the « new specialities of the Constitutional Court in the light of the constitutional amendment of November 1st, 2020. »

It is worth mentioning the issued stamp portrays a painting by pupil Moncef Benzerguine from El Moudjahid Dakhmouche Ali middle school of Ourgla, winner of the best painting at the national competition aforementioned.
