The festivities of issuing the first day seal on a postage stamp commemorating the “Chemex Africa” exercise, organized under the high patronage of the President of the Republic, the Supreme Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defense , Mr. Abdelmadjid TEBBOUNE, took place on October 3rd , 2023 during the VIP day, chaired by Army General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, in the presence of Prime Minister Mr. Aymen Benabderrahmane.
The postage stamp issuing festivities took place in the presence of the Minister of Post and Telecommunications, Mr. Karim BIBI TRIKI and the Director General of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), Mr. Fernando ARIAS GONZALEZ.This new issue confirms the accompaniment of the postage stamp to the various events and demonstrations that our country experiences in order to memorize and immortalize them. Thus, it constitutes an ambassador of history recounting the glory of different countries.
