As part of the activities of the 2025 Forum of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS Forum 2025), organized each year by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and which will be held this year from July 07 to 11, 2025 in Geneva (Switzerland), the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications is pleased to invite innovative project leaders to participate in the 2025 WSIS Prize Contest by submitting their projects related to the information society, which they consider worthy of recognition and promotion, by completing the participation form, available only in English, via the following link:

Submission deadline : February 10, 2025.
Participants are also requested to send a copy of the submitted projects forms to the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications at: dgsi.smsi@mpt.gov.dz , to allow the Ministry to follow these projects through the different stages of the Contest.
The 18 winners and 72 champions will be awarded at the WSIS Forum 2025.
The winning projects will be featured in the publication “WSIS Stocktake Report: Success Stories 2025”, while the descriptions of the projects and activities submitted as part of the Contest will be presented in the “WSIS Stocktake Report, 2025”.
In parallel with registering your projects in the Contest, you are also invited to participate in the World Summit on the Information Society Stocktaking (WSIS Stocktaking) process, by registering the projects submitted to the Contest, via the following link:

Contribute to strengthening innovation and developing the information society by participating in this Contest, which provides a unique platform showcase and promote outstanding Algerian initiatives in the field of the information society.
