Objective: Complete and consolidate the legal and normative framework governing the sector’s activities, mainly those relating to management, in particular through:
- Finalizing the implementation of Law No. 18-04 by prioritizing the promulgation of implementing texts necessary for the growth of the activities of existing operators and service providers and the emergence of new players in the field of electronic communications;
- Finalizing the implementation of Law No. 20-04 by prioritizing the promulgation of the application texts necessary for the activity of operators and service providers.
