Objective: Participate in consultation with the sectors concerned in the establishment of a policy favoring the promotion of national skills and services as well as participation in efforts to multiply foreign exchange entry channels in Algeria and increase the participation of telecommunications/ICT services in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) through:
- Encouraging micro-enterprises to benefit from orders from companies in the sector within the framework of agreements agreed with the relevant ministerial department;
- The completion of a feasibility study for the launch of the MasterCard acceptance project by the Algerie Post Payment Solution network;
- The launch of the project to manufacture electronic cards (smart cards, GSM cards, transport cards, etc.);
- Fostering the emergence of new services (Cloud, IPTV, etc.);
- The creation of technology parks.
