The service via bill-information call 787 is for postpaid special customers to be informed about their bill.

Dedicated to pay-as-you-go customers& Controls, you can check your account anytime to know your credit balance, the call’s costs DZD5.

The 718 is a research service dedicated exclusively to Djezzy customers, thanks to which they can find out information related to companies or the field of activity sought.

The call center 718 is accessible to Djezzy clients and open all days from 8.00a.m. to 8.30p.m.

The call cost is DZD 30/call, the research result (the contact details of the sought company) will be transmitted via SMS to the customer for DZD 10.

If you enter the PIN code three times in a row errouneously, your SIM card will be blocked automatically. Hence, you should use your PUK code which is inside the original packaging. You should keep it in a safe&easy place to reach.

If you can no longer find it, you should use the Digital Service or the Voice Server by calling 777, or follow the steps provided by Information Menu on *777#.

The PIN2 code enables to:

  • Get your PUK code if you want to have it from another Djezzy line
  • Disconnect your Djezzy line in case of theft or loss
  • Reconnect your Djezzy line if you find it after a loss

To get it, call the voice server 777 or dial *777#

In case you no longer use Djezzy services, your number can be kept valid for 90 days. Beyond this period, your number is supsended. You can call 777 to be informed if your number is still available and go to Djezzy store to restore it or buy it. The new purchase will be carried out under Djezzy profile marketed at DZD 300.

If you do not make any call, do not recharge your credit nor send any SMS within three months, your line will be blocked.  To make sure if your SIM card remains active, you must make a call, send an SMS or activate an offer at least once every 90 days.

You can have via *99# formula or by calling 700 for free. Your number is also visible on Djezzy app homepage.

It is free via *710#. Your credit is permanently displayed on top of Djezzy App homepage.

Your bill is displayed on top of Djezzy App homepage via the button « Info Facture » of the main menu.

To make an anonymous call, you should dial #31# followed with your correspondent’s number. This service is free.

If you are a pay-as-you-go customer, go for “Migration” button in the side menu of Djezzy App to check the migration profiles available, then choose Djezzy migration.

If you are a postpaid customer, please call 777 and use the digital server.

  • Pause your line by going to the “Disconnect or Reconnect a line” pane on Djezzy App sidemenu.
  • Report the loss or theft to the competent authorities (Police/Gendarmerie).
  • Head for Djezzy Store to get a new SIM card with the same number for DZD 100 only.

I am a pay-as-you-go or Control customer:

The roaming service is automatically activated and operates once you are abroad with a fully recharged credit.

I am a postpaid customer:

You should pay a deposit of DZD 30000 at Djezzy Store.

This desposit is refundable when you deactivate the service or terminate your line.

To make a call abroad, dial 00 or (+) & the country’s code, the code of department or city & the number of the correspondent.

To call a local or a mobile number in a country where you are on Roaming, dial the number without the code of this country.

Thanks to e-payment, you can use your CIB/Edahabia card safely and simply via our website or Djezzy App.

Yes, it is possible in different ways :

-Djezzy top-up cards or Djezzy EPTs voucher via *700*14 figures # Ok or receive Djezzy Flexy (recharge) straight from Algeria.

First, make sure you have enough credit to send SMS. If you cannot send or receive SMS, verify the Number of Djezzy Messaging Center on SMS parameters. It is +213 700 48 571. If you see another one, enter the good number and try again by sending a new SMS. If the problem is still there, call client service on 777.

SPAM is an unwanted SMS sent by companies to which you have never sent your number. These comapnies resort to sophisticated means to get mobile phone numbers.

To avoid SPAMs, you should avoid notifying your number to unreliable websites.

You can report on such senders via multiple ways:

  • on our website «Mon Espace » (my space) then « Contact us », « Report on Phishing ».
  • Main Djezzy App menu « useful info » then « Contact us ».
  • via our social netowrks or by calling 777.

If you are a postpaid customer, you have the choice of changing your number to many number categories, from a random number to DZD300 to Platinum easy number to DZD100000.

To thand end, you should head for the nearest Djezzy store and choose a number.

The change fees should  be paid on site, except for the random category (DZD300), the fees will be reported on the next bill.

With the one-time itemized bill Djezzy, you can have access to your consumption in terms of calls, SMS and internet in a period stretching from :

  • One day to 90 days from the day of the request for pay-as-you-go customers.
  • The last three months of edicted bills for postpaid and Control customers.

It includes the day, time, duration and all consumptions and their cost.

To request your detailed bill, you can contact us via :

  1. Call centers, websites & social netowkrs for postpaid and control customers :
  • Contact the call center on 777 / 0770 85 77 77 or register your request on the website via « contact us » or our social networks.
  • The service fees will be deducted from the next bill.

The bill will be established within 24 working hours. Once ready, a notification SMS will be sent to you to pick it up from the service centre of your choice.

  1. Djezzy Call centers for all customers :
  • To go to the service centre with your ID card or your valid passport.
  • To pay the service on site for pay-as-you-go customers. For postpaid and control customers, the fees will be deducted from the next bill.
  • To notify your email if you want to receive your detailed bill via mail, otherwise, you should pick it up at any service centre.

The bill will be established within 24 working hours. Onces ready, an SMS notification will be sent to you to pick it up from the service centre of your choice or it will be transmitted to your email already notified.

Price : DZD300/online.

The VERSO+ service enables you to send & receive all your calls or SMS from a second Djezzy number to rent for a fixed & renewable period. This is conducted with full respect of confidentiality of your initial number.

The VERSO+ service can be accessed via this formula: *727# ok call with two activation modes:

Default activation: all calls will display the VERSO+ number.

Activation on demand: to display the Verso+ number, you must dial 4 before the number.

VERSO + for 7 days at DZD150 with renewal on demand.

VERSO + for 30 days at DZD250 with automatic renewal.

Condition: The VERSO+ number cannot be rented by the same subscriber for more than 90 days.

Call 777, choose to use the Digital server and let us guide you.

Minimum amount to transfer : DZD500.

This service is free.

I am a pay-as-you-go/Control customer : Click « FLEXY » from the bottom menu of Djezzy App, then press «+» then « credit ».

The amount of credit to be transfered must range from DZD50 to DZD100, the transaction number is limited to 6/day and is charged DZD10 per transaction from the main credit.

Your code of credit transfer by default is 00000. To secure it, dial *780*Former PIN code* New PIN code*New PIN code# OK.

This function enables to notify a substitution code of 8 figures in stead of your phone number while topping up.

The granting of Topping up Code is carried out via *765#

If you are outside the coverage zone, abroad or your phone has gone off,  you are informed of all call attempts. Simply dial **62*333#OK.

As soon as your phone is switched back on, you will immediately receive, for free, an SMS to inform you about the number of callers, the date and hour of the call as well as the number of call attempts.

Manual mode:

Dial 702 followed with the correspondent number ( 70207******** ) and send the SMS in question.

Automatic mode:

If you send an SMS to Djezzy and your credit is insufficient, you will automatically be notified by a message inviting you to use the 3LIK SMS service.

Simply press 1 to ask your recipient to pay the DZD5. An SMS will be sent to your recipient, who must press 1 to accept or 2 to refuse within 12 hours.

If your recipient accepts, DZD5 will be deducted from his credit and he will receive your SMS.

SMS BIP allows you to send 6 free SMS to Djezzy network, renewable each week, to your friends and family, even if you have no credit.

To use them, dial *100# and follow the guidelines.

The emergency recharge credit Tranquilo is granted once to pay-as-you-go customers eligible who donot have enough credit.

Tranquilo 20 : DZD20 /24H (DZD2 subscription fees) is accessible via *100# & via Djezzy App. This granted credit is valid for calls& SMS towards Djezzy.

New Tranquilo options are available exclusively on Djezzy App if your credit is below DZD5 :

– Tranquilo 50 : DZD 50 /7 days (DZD5 subscription fees)

– Tranquilo 100 : DZD 100 /7 days (DZD 10 subscription fees)

This credit id granted and valid for calls & SMS towards all national networks.

The DZD 22, DZD 55 or DZD 110 will be deducted from the next top-up.

You can temporarily suspend your line by calling the call center on 777  or by going to Djezzy Store.

You are entitled to a temporary suspension from three months in a row or stretching over a year.

You must pay all your debts (bills&consumptions) before asking for a temporary suspension by giving reasons.

The temporary suspension fees are DZD500/month in stead of your usual subscription.

Go to the nearest Djezzy store with a written request and your ID card.

If your cancellation request is made before the real suspension of your line, the service fees will not be charged.

In case your request is made while the line is already suspended, the suspension fees will be charged and not refundable.

Go to « Our Offers » in Djezzy App side menu, press « internet » to check Djezzy 3ayla packs and packages.

Flexynet (recharge net) is a function aimed for our Particular Djezzy subsribers to transfer unlimited internet volumes to another Djezzy number anytime.

The validity of internet volume transfered ranges from 24 hours to 48 hours.

To use it, click « Top Up » in Djezzy App bottom menu, then « + » then click « internet » and make your choice.

Dial *707# and follow the steps.

Shake & Win is a new option at Djezzy App which enables pay-as-you-go customers to benefit from the exceptional and exclusive offers through an amusing principle.

To benefit from it, you only have to go to Djezzy App and shake your Android Smartphone.

On Android:

Send « internet » via free SMS to the number 7000.

You will instantly receive configuration SMS,  then save and activate your mobile data.

Dial *707#, choose « 4:Parental Control» and follow the steps via the child’s phone or your own mobile phone (if the latter is used by the child).

Save Parental Control parameters received by SMS configuration on the mobile phone.

Henceforth, the child’s phone is protected. If he tries to accede to a website with a sensitive content, a restriction web page will display.

Dial *707#, choose « 4:Parental Control » click deactivate the service and follow the steps.

Instal the internet configuration parameters received by SMS.

« Facebook Flex » enables you to switch between paid and free browsing modes on Facebook.

To use it, you should be connected to your Facebook account, you will receive a pop-up inviting you to be connected to Facebook for « free » mode, you should only press « Continue ».

If you press « No thanks », you will keep all Facebook functions in pay mode. The conditions for « Facebook Flex » use also apply to Facebook Messenger.

You can manage this service via your Facebook parameters and also your Messenger (Together or Seperately).

La personne qui vous appelle n’est pas sensée savoir que vous êtes en Roaming. Son appel est donc facturé au même titre qu’un appel local. De ce fait, vous prenez en charge la communication de Mobilis vers le réseau étranger où vous vous trouvez.

Avant de lancer une communication téléphonique vers l’Algérie depuis un pays étranger, il est nécessaire de composer l’indicatif de sortie. Ce code permet d’informer votre opérateur téléphonique que vous souhaitez appeler un numéro dans un autre pays. Laissez votre doigt appuyé quelques secondes sur le chiffre 0 pour composer le signe + (code de sortie). Entrez ensuite l’indicatif international du pays dans lequel réside votre correspondant à savoir le 213 pour l’Algérie, saisissez le numéro du correspondant sans le premier chiffre 0

Dans l’exemple que nous avons choisi, il vous faudra donc saisir le numéro suivant : +213 6 XX XX XX ou le 00 213 6 XX XX XX.

2- Via le service Arsselli: Une tierce personne pourra vous envoyer du crédit depuis l’Algérie via Arsselli au niveau des points de vente ou agence Mobilis.

Si vous êtes un client Postpayé, il vous suffit de vous rendre à l’une de nos agences Mobilis, et demander l’activation gratuite du service.

Si vous êtes un client Prépayé, vous devez contactez le service client pour vous assurer que le service Data Roaming est activé sur votre ligne.

Le service Men3andi vous permet de prendre à votre charge les frais des appels reçus de personnes de votre choix.

Pour utiliser le service Men3andi, il vous suffit de taper *618# et de constituer une liste de numéros que vous prendrez en charge quand ils vous appelleront. Cette liste peut contenir jusqu’à 10 numéros Mobilis.

Les numéros que vous pouvez enregistrer sur votre liste Men3andi doivent uniquement être des numéros Mobilis Prépayés.

La composition et la gestion de votre liste sont gratuites. Le tarif de l’appel est de 4 DA/30sec.

Afin de vous inscrire au service Naghmati de Mobilis, il vous suffit d’envoyer INS par SMS au 680 ou de composer *680# ou appeler le 680 et suivre les instructions.

Coût du sms 5da.

La souscription au service Naghmati coûte 40Da/mois avec attribution d’une sonnerie gratuite.

Vous pouvez modifier cette sonnerie au niveau d’un large catalogue de sonneries au prix allant de 90 Da à 170 Da TTC/ 2 mois.

Si vous ne disposez pas d’assez de crédit pour renouveler votre abonnement, vous bénéficierez d’une validité de 60 jours durant laquelle le service restera opérationnel. Si au bout du 60ème jour votre compte n’a pas été rechargé, il sera désactivé.

Pour supprimer une sonnerie, il suffit de composer *680# ou d’appeler le 680 et suivre les instructions de l’IVR pour supprimer la sonnerie souhaitée.

Pour désactiver votre compte Naghmati, envoyer DES par SMS au 680.

Vous pouvez télécharger l’application « MobSound » GRATUITE depuis Google Play (La connexion est soumise à la tarification de votre offre) ou à travers l’adresse: https://mobsound.mobilis.dz , et vous inscrire au service par la suite via l’application ou en envoyant 1 par SMS au 4121

Pour accéder au contenu de l’application Mobsound, vous devez télécharger l’application sur Google Play ou via https://mobsound.mobilis.dz et procéder à son installation

1-Dans le cas de l’utilisation d’une connexion internet 3G/4G de Mobilis: l’identification de votre numéro est automatique

2- Dans le cas de l’utilisation d’une connexion WIFI: il vous suffira d’entrer votre numéro de téléphone.

Vous receverez par sms un code secret sur votre numéro de téléphone, que vous devez entrer sur l’application pour profiter du contenu de l’application.
