1- You should visit the website : https://eccp.poste.dz/commande-edahabia

2- On the mobile ECCP application which is available on Play Store (Install).

If you already have an account on E-CCP client space:

  • Get connected to your E-CCP account via eccp.poste.dz;
  • Click on EDAHABIA card tab, you will have the choice between an « ordinary » or « premium » card;
  • Follow the request steps until the end (validation).

In case you have no account on the ECCP client space:

  • Visit this website: eccp.poste.dz;
  • Click on log in;
  • Download the request application of ECCP code (down the page);
  • Print the application then fill it.

After this procedure, you shall deposit the application with a copy of the ID card at any post office,a confidential code will be granted to you so as to have access to ECCP client space and then ask for EDAHABIA card.

Or, you shall install mobile ECCP application available on play store and follow the steps provided.

You shall go to any close post office with an ID card and a copy of EDAHABIA card in addition to a written application for PIN code reissue signed and comprising the following information:

  • Name and surname
  • Number of CCP account and/or that of EDAHABIA card
  • Reason for code reissue (lost, illegible, forgotten).

Notice:The post office takes note of PIN code reissue applications and sends them to the National postal cheques Center (CNCP) for handling. You can also ask for reissue via:

  • ECCP client space;
  • BARIDIMOB application;
  • The National postal cheques Center (CNCP).

Two years as of the date of issue.

Please go straight forward to the nearest post office, with an ID card and a blocking application comprising this information:

  • Name and surname
  • Numéro de compte CCP et/ou le numéro de la carte EDAHABIA
  • Mobile phone number (optional)
  • Reasong for blocking (theft, loss or deterioration)
  • Replacement of blocked card (yes/no).

– An SMS will be sent as soon as the new card is made in order to withdraw it from the post office.

– You can also block your card via BARIDIMOB application.

Notice: The blocked card is prefabricated systematically

Please go to the nearest post office where the card has been captured with your ID card and a blocking application comprising the following information:

  • Name and surname
  • ECCP account number and/or EDAHABIA card number
  • Reason for complaint (unblock the card after 3 unsuccessful attempts).

Please go to the nearest post office where the card has been captured, with your ID card and an application for EDAHABIA card replacement comprising the following information:

  • Name and surname
  • ECCP account number and/or EDAHABIA card number
  • Reason for EDAHABIA card replacement (blocking on the e-payment terminal EPT).

An SMS will be sent to you as soon as the new card is made so as to withdraw it from the post office.

Notice: Any card blocked at the EPT is a burned out card (defective).

  • Please go to the post office where the withdrawal operation took place holding your ID card;
  • If the problem is related to one of the banks, then you should go to any post office with your ID card for making a complaint;
  • Fill in the application available at the post office with the necessary information;
  • Keep the deposit receipt issued by the post office to follow your complaint.

To insert or change the holder’s phone number of the card on Algérie Poste’s ATM, you should follow these steps:

  • Insert the card and enter the code on the ATM of Algérie Poste;
  • Choose « mobile service » button;
  • Choose « mobile number modification » service;
  • Enter the mobile phone number (for modification or insertion for the first time);
  • Confirm the operation’s details, i.e. the card’s number and mobile phone’s number

Press on confirm to validate the operation.

1st Case: Payment transaction on WEB MARCHAND (Merchant web):

  • The customer will receive a receipt posted on WEB MARCHAND, which shall be saved.
  • The customer will receive an SMS notification about this transaction (The amount of. DZD……… has been debited from your account).

2nd case: Payment transaction via EPTs:

  • The merchant prints payment ticket
  • The customer receives an SMS notification regarding this transaction (the amount of DZD……… has been debited from your account).

Free for the card holder.
The payment tax is the responsibility of either the merchant or the e-provider.

You should contact the e-provider where you carried out the payment transaction, with your ticket or transaction receipt.

1st case: Withdrawal from ATM:

  • EDAHABIA card on ATM AP: not defined.
  • EDAHABIA card on bank ATM: the period is estimated to 98 days.

2nd case : payment on merchant websites Algérie Télécom MOBILIS, DEZZY, CARAMMA ASSURANCE, CNRC, MACIRVI, CAAT:

  • 45 days: limitation period for the holder to deposit his complaint as of the transaction date.

3rd case : payment on merchant websites Algérie Télécom:

  • 90 days: limitation period for the holder to deposit his complaint as of the transaction date.

4th case: payment on merchant websites AIR Algérie:

  • 120 days: limitation period for the holder to deposit his complaint as of the transaction date.

Fixed tax of AD18 increased by:

  • DZD 2 per DZD 1000 or fraction from DZD 1000 to DZD 18 000

Fixed to DZD30 for a transaction carried out by the postal card of Algérie Poste on ATM whatever maybe the amount.

DZD35 for a transaction conducted by an interbank card (Algérie Poste card on ATM Bank or bank card on ATM Algérie Poste).

The use of EDAHABIA card is interbank at present.

To do so, one should use the RIP number mentioned on the blue cheque.

If the money is transfered from a postal account to another via Baridimob application, the customer can withdraw it instantly.

EDDAHABIA card enables to make many payments like:

  • Invoices via any Algérie Poste ATMs
  • Online shopping for goods and services via the electronic payment terminals (EPTs) from merchants equipped with WEB MARCHAND platforms.

For your safety, your card is captured by the ATM, so you should go to the post office to get it back.

Currently, you can only have one card (one card/one account)

It refers to the identifier of your postal current account relevant to your account, it comprises:

  • Name and surname
  • Address
  • Postal identity number (NIP)

It referts to the postal ID number which contains:

  • The bank code 007.
  • The agency code 99999 (code of the post office).
  • The number of current postal account.
  • The key.

It allows to notify the details of your postal account anytime, it should be provided in the account-to-account transfer through the ATM or Baridimob application and other interbank transactions.

The payment of invoices belonging to some operators having signed agreements with Algérie Poste is possible and the list of these operators is posted on Algérie Poste’s website.

Such pieces of information can be provided either:

At the post office:
Request for disclosure of transactions with the desired duration.
At the automated bank network:
Request for a mini-statement revealing the last 10 transactions conducted.
Request for a statement of the account via Algérie Poste website for the desired period.

You should keep all tickets provided by (AMT, EPT) during a three-month period. It can be used for complaint.

It is considered as a proof for the transactions carried out on all automated machines like (ATM/EPT).

Use the ticket in complaints.

  • To have a current postal account (commercial account);
  • to have a trade register;
  • Number of fiscal identification;
  • To have a Mobilis coverage network.

The mobile EPT is free, but:

A subsription rate will be debited from your account.

DZD 800 excluding tax per month divided as follows:
DZD 300 management fees.
DZD 300 connectivity fees.
DZD 200 membership fees to Algérie Poste.

Your account will be debited within 24 hours of transaction.

You should send a mail to the postal unit of your province, in which you mention your old and new addresses as well as your phone number.

The rate can be up 1.50 % of the transaction amount. (It balances according to a scale).
