Your secret code will be used to:

–  Access your web customer area on www.meetmob.dz and/or on the mobile application MobiSpace

–  Access and use the  Sellekni/Sellekni+ services

–  Access and use the Sellekni Plan/Net services

–  To consult your PUK code or your remaining free minutes by calling the contact center on 888 or 666 and following the different steps; without going to a sales agency.

Several ways to obtain your secret code:

1- You receive it by SMS as soon as your line is activated.

2- You request it from one of our commercial agencies

3- You request it by phone at the contact center by calling 888/666

4- You can reset it on the meetmob portal at www.meetmob.dz by clicking on “Reset password” and following the steps.

If you are a Prepaid customer, you must contact customer service to ensure that the Roaming service is activated on your line.

The Men3andi service allows you to cover the costs of calls received from people of your choice.

To use the Men3andi service, simply type *618# and put together a list of numbers that you will answer when they call you. This list can contain up to 10 Mobilis numbers.

The numbers that you can save on your Men3andi list must only be Mobilis Prepaid numbers.

Composing and managing your list is free. The call rate is 4 DA/30sec.

To register for the Mobilis Naghmati service, simply text INS to 680 or dial *680# or call 680 and follow the instructions.

The call to 680 is 10DA/Min. The SMS to 680 is priced at 5 Da including tax

A subscription to the Naghmati service from Mobilis costs 40DA/monthly .

When you pay for the subscription, you will be given a free ringtone.

You can choose your ringtone thanks to a large catalog of ringtones that costs

from 90Da to 170Da /2 months

If you don’t have enough credit to renew your subscription, you will benefit from a 60 days validity during which the service will remain operational. If after the 60th day your account has not been recharged, it will be deactivated.
